Cookie Kwan, voiced by Tress MacNeille, is an Asian American realtor. She touts herself as being “number one on the West Side,” although she also works on the East Side. Her first appearance was in “Realty Bites,” in which she worked at Lionel Hutz’s Red Blazer Real Estate office. She has a prominent gold tooth.
