Lisa Simpson's King Toot is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Simpsons Comics #188.
Synopsis
Lisa takes a job at King Toot's Music Store. Meanwhile, Homer discovers that Ned Flanders helped record his and Marge's favorite song, causing Homer to have difficulties getting into a romantic mood.
Plot
Lisa is sad, her saxophone is broken, she bent the mouthpiece and need a new one, she asks Marge and Homer if they can buy a new one, but they can not afford it. The next day is Lisa at the King Toot's Music Store and ask if she can put on layaway a wsaxophone muthpiece. Mr. Largo announced that she can't, Jer is not appreciate what he does,so he dismisses him. Lisa tell that she's happy to help Jer if he needs someone new and he would appreciate Lisa's help. Lisa goes to work and the first day following Marge with her, she discovers in store the album, Blue-Haired Beauty and buy it by from Lisa for the Song on the album was on a mixtape Homer made for her When they were first dating, and she had never seen the actual album before.
The first real customer as Lisa gets help is Moe, he asks her to look at a tuba, after Lisa managed to wear down the heavy tuba tells Moe that he would not buy it, he just likes to see people lifting heavy objects, Moe then asks if she can take down the big Xylophone. The next customer is Comic Book Guy, he wants first a Vulcan lute, but when they do not have it that he wants a chidinkalu horns, but they do not have the show Lisa that they have a ocarian, Comic Book Guy is interested in it and buy it.
