Mediocri-Tots is a daycare center owned by Ellsworth Toohey.
History
When Maggie Roark was a small child, she spent time at Mediocri-Tots. She proved to have a very strong creative gift and built intricate structures out of blocks. This earned her the disapproval of Ellsworth Toohey, who felt very strongly that everyone should be equal -- to the point that he tried to quash Maggie's talent by knocking down everything that she built.
