Miranda Rights is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It unlocks Wiggum and the Police Station.

Apu We need to rebuild the Police Station.
Apu - Sad I've been robbed ten times today --
Apu - Sad that's twice as much as usual!
Task: "Reach Level 17 And Build the Police Station". It takes 3 hours.
