The task takes place at the Springfield Downs and takes 4 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 800

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark This town is out of control, and Chief Wiggum isn't helping.‎ We need someone to bring order!‎ How about Mayor Quimby?‎ No! He's more corrupt than Wiggum!‎ Too late --- Town Hall already showed up on the build menu.‎ Task: "Build the Springfield Town Hall". It takes 4 hours. Build: Town Hall New Character: Quimby Thank God you're here, Mayor Quimby!‎ You can lead this town in its rebuilding effort.‎ Er uh, okay.‎ How about we start by building a brothel?‎ That's a terrible idea!‎ A sleazy motel?‎ Don't worry, there's plenty more of Springfield to create...‎ including brothels and sleazy motels.‎ No, NOT including those.‎ Okay, not those.‎ But there's a lot more to build and do...‎ as long as those lazy game designers are still on the ball.‎ I give it 50-50.‎ Quest reward: 100 and 10
