My Brother's Keeper is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Treehouse of Horror 2015 content update. It requires Hugo to be obtained.

After tapping on Bart's exclamation mark Bart, please bring dinner up to your evil twin brother, Hugo. Mo-om! I'M the evil twin! He's the good one! Gawd! I never forget your thing! Also, why can't Dad do it? That USED to be my job, but you had to go drag the secret into the light. Now stop arguing and feed your non-evil brother that we still keep locked in the attic for some reason. Fine. Hey, Hugo, here's your grub. Would you like to join me? I don't mind sharing. Sure, what are we having? Task: "Make Hugo Eat Fish Heads". The job takes 4 hours. Task: "Make Bart Lose his Lunch". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 4 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10

After tapping on Bart's exclamation mark Man, my life is terrible. Every single day, my parents make me bathe and brush my teeth. And I gotta lug this gross bucket of fish goo upstairs. You do realize that the bucket of grossness is my only food. And your lugging it up here, my only human interaction? What's your point? I think my life is far more difficult. It's not a contest. But if it was, I'd win. Wanna switch? In a heartbeat. Wow. You are not smart. I know you are, but what am I? Task: "Make Hugo Clean his Room". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 8 hours. Task: "Make Bart Sleep in Simpson Attic". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 24 hours. Homer, did you notice that Hugo and Bart have switched lives? Yeah, I figured they were doing one of those "Prince and the Pauper" dealios. Should we let them? It's so cliché. After tapping on Hugo's exclamation mark Today I'm going to walk in the sunshine and feel the breeze riffle my hair. And I'm going to lurk in the shadows and thump on the walls. Then after lunch I'll let my diseased mind come up with new ways to sin against nature by combining two species. 'Kay. Have fun! Task: "Make Hugo Walk the Pigeon Rat". The job takes 12 hours. Task: "Make Bart Practice Stitching Things Together". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 60 minutes. Oh, Pigeon-Rat? Can you believe we are finally free to scurry/fly where we please? *Please let go! We long for death and freedom from the smell of your horrible lunches.* Quest reward: 100 and 10

After tapping on Hugo's exclamation mark How are you enjoying the attic? Great! I sewed together Radioactive Man and Malibu Stacy. Nice workmanship. Soon you can move on to live subjects. Hey, if you're not evil, how could you do that? It seems so cruel? No, they love it. My pigeon and my rat begged me to sew them together! *No we didn't, we begged him to stop! He doesn't understand pigeon or rat!* Well, I'm off to school! I'm going to try to make something called, "friends!" Task: "Make Hugo Eat Fish Heads". The job takes 4 hours. Task: "Make Youngsters Eat Lunch at their Desks" (x5). The jobs take place at Springfield Elementary and take 60 minutes. Task: "Make Bart Try to Eat Fish Heads". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 4 hours. Why am I the only child eating his lunch in the cafeteria? We don't like your smelly lunch. Also, we reject you because you are different. Principal Skinner said we're allowed to be so cruel! No, I said, "Children can be so cruel." I was making a statement, not giving permission! After tapping on Hugo's exclamation mark I had a terrible day. I know what will fix it... Why is that box setup like an operating table? We should never have been separated! We are the two things that must be sewn together! No, I don't want to be stitched to you! Mom! Dad! Lisa! Help! Hey, keep it down. Don't make me go up there! Task: "Make Bart Try to Sew him and Hugo Together". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 4 hours. Task: "Make Homer Go Up There". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 2 hours. If you two can't be quiet I will have to separate you. So don't sew yourself to your brother! Quest reward: 100 and 10

After tapping on Bart's exclamation mark It's not fair. I'll never be a whole person because Hugo has all of my goodness. And you have all of my coolness! Life is hard for all of us. Wait, I have all the coolness? What good is goodness when dealing with jerky kids? You're evil so you don't care if they like you which makes you cool. Which makes them like you. In my short time in the world I have learned. People are jerks. I'd like to go back to lurking in the shadows now. Knock yourself out. Task: "Make Bart Realize it's Good to Be Bad". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 2 hours. Task: "Make Hugo Sleep in Simpson Attic". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 24 hours. Quest reward: 200 and 20
