The Tonight Show is a talk show starring Jay Leno, and before that Johnny Carson.
History[edit]
When Bart was younger, he watched part of Carson's monologue.[1]
After being replaced from The Be Sharps, Chief Wiggum was watching The Tonight Show when Johnny Carson, characterized as Carnac the Magnificent, named three Castaways: Gilligan, the Skipper, and Chief Wiggum. Angered, he shot at the television.[2]
Bart and Lisa watched an episode of The Tonight Show. They didn't find the joke Carson told in his opening monologue funny but still enjoyed being up late.[3]
When Rupert Murdoch visited Moe's, he asked Moe to turn on The Tonight Show, and he started watching it.[4]
When Bart and Homer were searching for evidence on the Internet to help release Krusty from the International Court of Justice, they found a clip on MyTube from The Tonight Show where Krusty was drunk.[5]
