Los Angeles is a city in the American state of California. A lot of famous celebrities live in Los Angeles and Hollywood, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, is regarded as the historical capital of American cinema.

History
The 1984 Summer Olympics, seen in Great Moments in Olympic History, took place in Los Angeles.[1]
The Simpson family visited the city after Homer gave Mel Gibson's new film a bad review. Mel made Homer and his family come to L.A. so he could edit the film.[2]
Moe Szyslak went to Los Angeles after he became a judge on American Idol. Moe arrived via Los Angeles International Airport. Simon Cowell showed him around the city where they visited Flynt Publications and went past the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.[3]
