Arms Escalation is a premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Superheroes 2 content update. It requires Cyborg Snake to be obtained.

Cyborg Snake - Happy These new cyborg upgrades are righteous!
Cyborg Snake Time travel is supposed to leave you naked, but even in the buff I'm totally badass now!
Cyborg Snake - Happy Charlton Heston brought his watch back to ancient Egypt. I bring heavy ordinance to Springfield!
Task: "Build Springfield Penitentiary".
Task: "Make Snake Be a Menace to Society". The job takes 4 hours.
Quest reward: Cash100 and XP10
