Tropical Island Nofari is an event-exclusive quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Winter 2014 content update.

Homer - Happy Your largest bottle of sunblock, Apu. I'm headed to a tropical paradise.
Apu - Sad As someone born in the tropics, I can tell you it's no paradise.
Apu - Sad People who live in hot places are always miserable, constantly getting bitten by nasty things, and just as fat as here but sweatier.
Apu Anyway, there's enough sunblock in this bottle to cover 23 acres of skin. Who's it for?
Homer Me.
Apu You will need two.
Task: "Have a Water Expansion".
Task: "Place the Tropical Island".
Task: "Make Homer Apply Sunblock". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 60 minutes.
Lisa - Shocked Dad! There's a new island just offshore from Squidport!
Lisa - Deadpan Even though it's snowing here, it's sunny and warm there.
Homer - Serious Yeah, the game developers couldn't figure out a way to explain that, so they just did it.
