Dialogue[edit]

After tapping on Homer's exclamation mark
Homer - Sad Moe, gimme a beer, and keep 'em coming. I'll never get back to my Springfield. Or my Marge.
Moe - Shocked Homer Simpson?! Since when do YOU drink?
Homer - Sad Of all the Springfields in all the multiverse, I gotta end up in the only one where I'm not cool.
Task: "Make Homer Say Goodbye". The job takes place at Homer's Workbench and takes 4 hours.
After starting the job
Homer - Sad Marjorie, I don't know if we'll ever be together, but I want you to know you're the most wonderful thing that never happened to me.
After finishing the task
Selma - Annoyed Out of the way, fatso.
Homer - Skeptical Let me guess, now WE'RE married?
Marge Homer, Patty and Selma are here for our anniversary.
Homer - Surprised Marge! I did it? I found a world where we're together?
Marge - Happy Of course we're together! How could I forget the man who traveled back in time to say I love you?
Message Congratulations! You've saved Homer's marriage for what will undoubtedly be the last time... until the next time.
Quest reward: Eye Patch2,000 and XP10

Behind the Laughter[edit]

The quest name is a reference to the novel The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger, which was later adapted into a film and TV series.
