Simpsons Comics Presents Bart Simpson comics was a short stories comic book series centered on Simpsons star Bart Simpson first published in the United States in 2000 by Bongo Comics. The Australian version was published in 2002 by Otter Press, and the UK version was published by Titan magazines. The frequency of publication has changed multiple times over the course of the series. It has mostly been every other month, but in April 2011 through July 2013 it was published every month. Since July 2013, the comic has been published every other month. Issue 100, was published on February 24, 2016 as the last in the series after 15 years.

Content

These comics all have between 3 and 7 different short comics and sometimes a bonus comic or three about Bongo Super Heroes. Comics have been in publication for a much shorter time than regular Simpsons Comics and have different types of plots, covers, drawings and titles than regular Simpsons Comics. They usually focus on the younger residents of Springfield.
