Cee-Dee Cauldron is a music store Springfield Mall.
History
After Homer leaving Bart and Lisa alone in the mall. Bart wants to go to Noiseland but Lisa discovers at Biff Westwood will visit the store Cee-Dee Cauldron in the mall. Lisa and Bart go to the crowd and start waiting on Westwood, and after two hours without Westwood has coming start the crowd becomes angry and Westwood's manager tries to calm them down. To get away as fast as possible to the arcade dress Bart himself out to Westwood, where the girls see him they starts chasing him and rips of his shorts. When Lisa discovering at Bart was Westwood comes his manager and thanks Bart for the stunt trick for it saved his skin. The manager gives Bart and Lisa two tickets to tonight's concert as a thanks.
