Tibet Town is a district of Springfield located next to Chinatown. It is basically an alley locked but and surrounded by barbed wire. According to Lisa they are constantly harassed by the neighboring Chinatown.
Behind the Laughter
Tibet Town being locked up and abused by Chinatown is a take on China denying the freedom of Tibet.
