Kiev is the capital city of Ukraine.

History

Viktor, a Ukrainian mob boss, lived in Kiev. He found a video of Wayne Slater beating up Snake Jailbird on MyTube and traveled to Springfield to find him.[1]

The city was mentioned during a puppet show that was being performed at Springfield's Lithuanian Center.[2]

The area shown is Independence Square, a very prominent location in Kiev.
