History
A make-up artist is about to pamper Mr. Burns, however he tells her to get that fowl grease paint away from him saying the he doesn't wear make-up. Smithers tells him that he actually does saying that it gets slavered on every morning when he is asleep and shows what he looks like without make-up on, to which Burns is a skeleton and a snake slithers out of his eye socket and down his throat. Burns than says that he will have a little bit of make-up on.
A news reporter than announces how he will appeal to the voters. Next Burns is live on television saying right after Halloween and that he wonders what he'll go as.
