- Waylon Smithers — Various scenes in the series hint he is gay and in love with Mr. Burns. Also once had a relationship with John.
- Patty Bouvier — She almost married Veronica in "There's Something About Marrying". Her sexuality has been frequently hinted throughout the show's history. She may be bisexual as she had a relationship with Principal Skinner in "Principal Charming".

- Ralph Wiggum — as of The Simpsons Movie. He claims to like men after seeing Bart. skateboarding naked.
- John — he is homosexual and once had a relationship with Waylon Smithers.
