After starting the update
	Yay! It's Superhero Update day!!!
	Uh, bad news, son.
	You and Mom are getting re-re-re-divorced?
	Worse -- there's no Superhero Update this year.
	But... but.. the Superhero Update lets people feel powerful and slightly less asthmatic!
	I guess after no one saw "Fallout Boy VII: Infinity Endings", EA figured more superhero stuff would be a waste.
	A waste?! I'll show them waste.
Task: "Make Milhouse Roll Around in Nuclear Waste". The job takes place at the Cooling Towers and takes 4 hours.
	Behold! The radioactive ooze from the Nuclear Plant has given me powers unfathomable!
	Milhouse, you seem different. Did you get a haircut?
	Didn't you hear the thing about ooze and powers unfathomable?!
	Pfft, that's just a retread of a dozen other superhero movies.
	This isn't a movie, it's real life!
	With special effects these days, who can tell the difference?
