Hedging Your Bets is a premium quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Cold Turkey content update. It requires Homer's Hedge to be obtained.

Umm, that's a little creepy, Homer.

Look, just be glad I'm not one of those guys that does this with a telescope, okay? I use little binoculars. Now, it's time to put this to good use.

Task: "Make Homer Use the Hedge Bush". The job takes place at Homer's Hedge and takes 4 hours.
If Marge is owned: Task: "Make Marge Regret Asking". The job takes place at the Simpson House or a Visitable Home and takes 4 hours.
