Knots for Tots is a children's book about knot-tying.

History

Milhouse read the book when he and Bart went sailing, after Mayor Quimby proclaimed that the beaches were safe. Ironically, just after Milhouse was seen with the book, Otto was attacked and killed by the giant Blinky fish that had been terrorizing the ocean near Springfield.

Milhouse and Bart had apparently been trying out some knots as well as reading the book, as the rope on their boat had several knots in it, and Bart had tied Ralph Wiggum to the mast and left him dangling upside down by his ankle.
