Garbagio is a Hawaiian island formed entirely out of garbage produced by the other islands.

History

Mr. Burns tricked Homer, Lenny and Carl into an early retirement and sent them to live on Garbagio along with the rest of the Simpson family, as doing so turned the island into a city, enabling Burns to receive a tax break. A week after living on the island, the new citizens were able to build shelter from the trash and eat from the bottom of cans and TV dinner trays. Homer, Lenny and Carl started to experience island madness, with Lenny and Carl nearly killing Homer to steal Marge from him. Lisa was able to send an SOS message via a pager to Bart's pet falcon Falco who was still in Springfield. Instead of rescuing them, Falco and a group of seagulls ate the entire island, forcing Burns to return its citizens back to Springfield.
