Falco is a falcon who Sea Captain sold to Bart for no reason. Bart bought it for he think Homer would forget at he cost him $2000. Bart tries to learn Falco tricks but discovers that it is a spoiled falcon. Meanwhile, Homer get retired and Mr. Burns is sending him to an island in Hawaii and he take the family with him.
When they arrive to the island, they realize they've been cheated when the whole island is a dump and they must learn to adapt to their new life. Lisa discovers after a while that Bart has a pager which Falco leaves message on and Lisa send an emergency message to him. Falco comes to the island with seagulls which eat up the island and Mr. Burns need to bring home the family. After they are back in Springfield discovers Mr. Burns Falco and the family gives he to him if he against to pays the $2,000 and re-hires Homer, which him do. Soon has Falco taken over the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant and Mr. Burns sits in a birdcage.
