Simpson House

"The shaded box looks like a nice place to build a house. Which is lucky, because it's the only place they'll let you build it!"

The Simpson House is a house on Evergreen Terrace. In the series, it is 742 Evergreen Terrace, however in game it is just referred to as the "Simpson House". When you build it in-game, you unlock Lisa. It is the first building unlocked in the game, takes 6 seconds to build, and costs 135.

Kwik-E-Mart

"Four hours to build the Kwik-E-Mart when it only took seconds to build my house?! Stupid contractors!"

The Kwik-E-Mart is a store on Evergreen Terrace. When you build it in-game, you unlock Apu. This is the second building unlocked in game, and costs 220.

Brown House

The Brown House is a house next to the Simpsons'. The characters of the game are involved in quests to do with the house, including making Homer watch the house's 3D TV. This is the third building unlocked in the game, and costs 335.

Flanders House

"Let's start by looking for the spot on the map furthest from any place I'd ever want to go..."

The Flanders House is a house on Evergreen Terrace. In the series, it is 744 Evergreen Terrace, however in game it is just referred to as the "Flanders House". When you build it in-game, you unlock Ned. Before this is built in game, it's place was taken by the Kwik-E-Mart. It is the fourth building unlocked in the game, and costs 540.

Cletus' Farm

Cletus' Farm is the fifth building unlocked in the game. When you build it in-game, you unlock Cletus.
