Oh, Brother! is a comic story featured in Simpsons Comics 162.
Plot
Joe Quimby cames to the retirement home fawning for the elderly before the election. Abe ask him to get their families to start spending time with, so he introducing "Take your parent to work day". Ned's father visit his shop for the first time but misunderstand what the type of store it is so he gives away the stuff. Krusty is with his father in the TV show, but his father makes no laughter, although he tries. Homer and Abe is in the nuclear power plant, the first Homer did then is taking a nap, Abe press then on the buttons on the control panel, for he wants to listen to the radio and he starts a meltdown but manages avert it with a random button.
Bart has been able to get rid of a substitutes again so principal Skinner lets her mom be Bart's new teachers. Bart tries to scare Agnes but fails and she exposes herself to him for the same joke but in a much worse way. Abe meets at the nuclear power plant in Mr. Burns mom and after work the two go away togheter. There is a new day and Abe comes to his family and presents to them his new wife, Mr. Burns' mother, and when Homer comes to the work realize Mr. Burns that he had a brother and they both start having fun together. Bart tries to scare Agnes again but fail again.
The next day, Mr. Burns is out with Homer and starts to do some pranks. Agnes and Bart talking, Bart tell to her that before she came, he was the school's king of prank, now he's just a stupid kid. Agnes sees that Bart is sad and have an idea how they can prank on Skinner. Bart starts the fire alarm causing Skinner to flee the school in panic, but as Agnes waxed the floor, he drifts towards to a costume depicting a hot dog and ends up in the coustume, in front of the press who are there for interview him about the most digified school pricipals.
Homer and Burns returns after theirs prank time to the work, where Smithers tells that Abe never married his mother, without an actor, Tallulah Winkelman who played his mother. Abe make a divorce and Burns stop to treating Homer as his brother. After the marriage was Homer's credit limit increased, but after the divorce he have not the limit anymore, so he makes a call to Homerland, former know as Iceland to tell him he can no longer buy the country, to the Iceland's despair.
