Favela Fever is an event-exclusive questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Destination Springfield content update. It required Painted Home 2 to be obtained.

Dialogue

Pt. 1

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Today we unveil the latest addition to Springfield's BrazilWorld: favela houses. That's terrible! A favela is an urban slum with barely functional power and sewage services. Yeah, and for that, we already have Evergreen Terrace. Oh, but a favela is much more colorful and cheery than that gloomy hellhole. Task: "Build Additional Painted Houses" (x3). Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 2

After tapping on Homer's exclamation mark These favela houses are pretty cool. I could get into slum living. Yes, but they need electricity for things like A/C and cable TV. We'll get them the favela way -- run illegal lines from the power poles. A few improvements and these tenements will be nicer than the average Springfield home. Task: "Make Springfielders Install Improvements" (x5). The jobs take place at Painted Homes and take 4 hours. I've created a lawless shanty town, whose residents mooch off the city and where police fear to tread. Pretty much like the rest of Springfield. Vote Quimby! Quest reward: 200 and 20
