The Osaka Flu is an event-exclusive questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Destination Springfield content update.

Lisa - Confused Dr. Hibbert, what are you doing to help people who are sick?
Dr. Hibbert - Sad Nothing! I don't want to catch the damn thing. I'm headed to the hills with my lady love.
Lisa Your wife?
Dr. Hibbert - Happy My jet ski.
Task: "Tap Osaka Virus".

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark
Lisa - Surprised Doctor Hibbert, you're back in town to fight the Osaka Flu!
Dr. Hibbert When I became a doctor I took an oath.
Lisa "First do no harm"?
Dr. Hibbert - Happy "Make easy money giving vaccinations".
If Dr. Hibbert is owned: Task: "Make Hibbert Vaccinate". The job takes place at Hibbert Family Practice and takes 4 hours.
Task: "Make Lisa Dream of Socialized Medicine". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 4 hours.
