Groupe Renault is a French multinational automobile manufacturer founded in 1899.

On September 19, 2007 20th Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising, Renault and Publicis Conseil signed an agreement on using the characters from The Simpsons to promote the New Renault Kangoo.[1][2] The international advertising campaign aired in 29 countries, starting in France on February 9, 2008.[2][3]
The tone of the campaign is thoroughly humorous, to highlight the car's feature qualities through typical scenes of The Simpsons in the "real" world.
