David Wayne Richardson (December 24, 1955 – January 18, 2021) was an American television writer and television producer. He was a former supervising producer and one time writer for The Simpsons. After his death, the season 32 episode "Do PizzaBots Dream of Electric Guitars?" was dedicated to him.
