Springfield has a variety of laws that are not found in other parts of the state or the US.
Laws
Town Charter
- The charter starts with "We the People of Springfield" and is signed by six people, including Jebediah Springfield[1]
- The chief constable shall receive one pig every month and two comely lasses of virtue true [2]
- If food stuff should touch the ground, said food stuff should be turned over to the village idiot [3]
