"Some people look at a neck and think, "What a great place for a scarf," and others think, "I'd like to choke that." For Jackson Reeve of Lansing, Michigan, it was the latter."

Lansing is the capital city of Michigan.

History

While trying to teach Apu about American history for Apu's citizenship test, Homer shows him a map of the US, on which various cities are seen.[1] While in The Prodigy Barn toy store, Bart was playing a video game that involved blasting the capital cities of every state. He was having fun, until he realized that it was an educational game and threw the controller at the TV screen, exclaiming "That'll teach you to teach me!"[2]
