Plot
When a bomb squad mistakenly blows up Homer's gym bag, civil liberties are suspended in Springfield when radiation leaks in. Chief Wiggum and his officers put up CCTV cameras to round up suspected terrorists, including Groundskeeper Willie. But when monitoring the cameras, Chief Wiggum says that it is too much and asks the townspeople to help keep the city safe. Meanwhile, Lisa dyes her hair brown because she feels people are prejudiced against blondes. [1]
