Groupe Renault is a French multinational automobile manufacturer founded in 1899.

Promotion

On September 19, 2007 20th Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising, Renault and Publicis Conseil signed an agreement on using the characters from The Simpsons to promote the New Renault Kangoo. The international advertising campaign aired in 29 countries, starting in France on February 9, 2008.

The tone of the campaign is thoroughly humorous, to highlight the car's feature qualities through typical scenes of The Simpsons in the "real" world.
