The Happy Sailor Tattoo Parlor is a tattoo parlor in Springfield Mall.
History
Bart got his '"MOTH" Tattoo from the parlour while the rest of the family were shopping. Marge drags Bart out of the shop and gets it removed at a Dermatology Clinic a few shops down from the Tattoo Parlor, costing all the Christmas money.
