The Olive Branch is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was released in the Treehouse of Horror XXIII content update, although the quest requires level 22.
Dialogue

It gives me a nosebleed when you talk about doing anything naughty. How do you think we're going to fix this?
