It's a matter of life and death! *chuckles* These tests could potentially cost my medical plan several dollars! Maybe even... TENS of dollars! And if everyone in Springfield glows in the dark, they won't need to power their lights. Task: "Make Dr. Hibbert Practice Medicine". The task takes place at Hibbert Family Practice and takes 12 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10
