Proctorville is a place in Iowa that is the home of the National Testing Center and the Iowa Non-International Airport. Springfield Elementary School's standardized tests are corrected in the National Testing Center.

Behind the Laughter[edit]

  • The town's name is a pun on the term "proctor", which in USA English is often used to refer to a person who oversees the administration of a school examination.
