Mensa is the organization joined by Lisa in the episode, They Saved Lisa's Brain. The other members of the Springfield group include Dr. Hibbert, Professor Frink, Comic Book Guy, Principal Skinner, and Lindsey Naegle. They gain control of Springfield, but after their experiment fails, they are shown up by Stephen Hawking, whom Homer refers to as Lisa's "robot buddy." Members must score at the 98th percentile or higher of a standardized, supervised intelligence test. Mensa is formally composed of national groups and the umbrella organization Mensa International.

The Idiots Revolution

When Mensa International disscussed the problems about the lesser intelligent (seemingly "stupid") Springfiedians, they rampaged The Mayors Office with evidence to prove their case. The Mayor, however had all his evidence destroyed and fleed town via air. By law, Mensa Springfield were now in charge of Springfield, - intending to make it perfect for Springfiedians with extremely high IQ's. After their gazeebo was taken over by idiots, - they stood up to them, until Stephen Hawking showed up. Professor Hawking then used his built-in boxing glove to elliminate on of the Sprigfiedian Mensans: Seymour Skinner. A riot then started as the Springfield Idiots attacked Gazeebo 7 and the professor flew out just in time using his built-in hover-device. Mayor Quimby then returned to Springfield to take full power.
