Plunderstruck is a premium quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Treehouse of Horror XXV content update. It requires the Ghost Pirate Airship to be obtained.

Herman Rumor has it you're looking for a ship-hand?
Ghost Pirate Airship Looks like yer the one who should be looking for a hand!
Ghost Pirate Airship Ha-ha! Get it?
Herman We one-armed folk aren't known for our senses of humor.
Ghost Pirate Airship I didn't mean to offend. Come aboard, there be a trove of hand-hooks in a barrel in the hold.
Task: "Make Herman Try on Hooks". The job takes place at the Ghost Pirate Airship and takes 24 hours.
