Mad With Municipally Funded Power is a quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Level 29 content update.

After tapping on Martin's exclamation mark
	Egads! I seem to have been mistakenly given a notice to tarry in detention.
	I got one too.
	It looks like the whole school did.
	And with the whole school in detention, both Mrs. Krabappel and I will have to stay late to supervise you. Very late.
	You monster! You can't do this tonight!
	I'm not. I'm doing it for the next several nights.
Tasks: "Make Martin Serve Detention" (x3), "Make Lisa Serve Detention" (x3), "Make Milhouse Serve Detention" (x3), "Make Bart Serve Detention" (x3), "Make Ralph Serve Detention" (x3), "Make Nelson Serve Detention" (x3), "Make Mrs. Krabappel Host Detention" (x2) and "Make Skinner Host Detention" (x2). The tasks take place at Springfield Elementary and take 6 hours each time for the children's jobs and 12 hours each time for the adults jobs.
