Kostas Becker was a ruthless debt collector and a former member of the Capital City Mafia.

In the past, Kostas Becker was a member of the Capital City Mafia, as their numbers guy. When an amphetamine deal with the Szyslak Brothers went wrong, both mobs were wiped out, leaving only Kostas Becker and Sheriff Flanders alive. Sheriff Flanders had hidden the money from the deal before Becker found him. Before Becker could get the location of the money, Sheriff Flanders slipped on the ice and fell into Becker's knife, killing him. The money then stayed hidden for many years.
