Gyorgyi Peluce is a color designer and background painter who has worked on The Simpsons. She worked on 55 episodes of the show from season 1 to season 4. Peluce is the one who decided the Simpson family should be yellow, and that Marge Simpson's hair should be blue. She also initially made Waylon Smithers, Jr. black in "Homer's Odyssey" before changing his skin to yellow in later episodes.
Peluce also worked on The Tracey Ullman Show, Rugrats and Duckman.
