Springfield Heights is a suburb of Waverly Hill located in the northwest area of the town, next to Jebediah Springfield Park. Directly west of the Heights is the Springfield Dam and to the East is Mt. Springfield, with the 'SPRINGFIELD' sign.

This area is synonymous with Beverly Hills or Pacific Palisades of Los Angeles and is the home of Springfield's elite. Residents of Springfield Heights include actor Troy McClure, entertainer Krusty the Clown, Fat Tony, and the Woosterfields. In some episodes C Montogomery Burns' mansion is placed in this area, while other episodes give the location as southwest Springfield near the Springfield Glen Country Club. The Stonecutter's Lodge and the Republican Party HQ can also be found in Springfield Heights.

Springfield Heights is also home to one of Springfield's secondary schools, Springfield Heights Institute of Technology. Other places of interest in and around Springfield Heights are the Springfield Observatory, Calmwood Mental Hospital and the Springfield Bowl.

This area of Springfield was also the setting for a high school TV drama titled Springfield Heights 90210 starring 34-year-old heartthrob Kyle Darren.
