According to the Simpsons Archive, Springfield Heights is mentioned in the episodes Homer at the Bat (one of the baseball teams Springfield Nuclear Power Plant is competing with) and Marge vs. the Monorail (A show called Springfield Heights 90210 is mentioned, This is what led to me believing that Waverly Hills and Springfield Heights are one and the same.
