History
When Bart was younger, he watched part of Carson's monologue.[1]
After being replaced The Be Sharps, Chief Wiggum was watching The Tonight Show when Johnny Carson, characterized as Carnac the Magnificent, named three Castaways: Gilligan, the Skipper, and Chief Wiggum. Angered, he shot at the television.[2]
Bart and Lisa watched an episode of The Tonight Show. They didn't find the joke Carson told in his opening monologue funny but still found it fun to be up late.[3]
When Rupert Murdoch visit Moe's he asked Moe to turn on The Tonight Show and he starting to watch it.[4]
