Cool Hand Bart is a Simpsons Comics story first printed in Simpsons Comics #2.
Plot[edit]
The second Simpsons Comic features the return of Sideshow Bob. Bart, Nelson, Jimbo, Dolph, Kearney and Milhouse attend a seminar, called "Scared Spitless", which is held in Springfield State Prison and intended to scare troublemaking kids into shaping up.
