Plot[edit]
Principal Skinner has a meeting in the auditorium, where he says that he enjoys a good laugh as much as the next under-paid civil servant, but someone in the room took their adolescent shenanigans too far, then takes off his hat and shows that someone shaved him. The principal turns himself around to show them that he is serious, and says that there will be no more clasess until his head adornment is returned. The auditorium is then emptied quickly. Bart visits the Kwik-E-Mart and find that Apu also lost his hair while he was meditating. Bart sees that someone is calling for Bartman, and dresses up as him. The police tell Bartman that someone shaved off their hair, too, and the firefighters will laugh at them if they help him now, so Bartman must solve the case himself.
Lou asks Clancy Wiggum to check the law book and they discover that an adult must watch over Bartman, so he gets help from Homer. Bartman gives Homer a wig and lets him start talking to the residents of Springfield, but when he begins to question a couple of residents who lost their hair, they start to strike him down. Professor Frink stops Homer from being killed, but suddenly he has disappeared. When he wakes up, Groundskeeper Willie tells him that last week he cut of his own hair in a tragic accident weed whacking, and after the accident he had an idea of how he can use his cut-off hair, but he needed more. For years he has hunted Bigfoot, so he made a coat from the hair he had stolen from people to dress himself up as a new friend to Bigfoot. He starts to cut off Homer's hair but discovers that it's a wig. He then tries to take his combover, which scares Homer, but Bartman shows up and pulls the plug to the cutter. Bartman says that it was easy to find him, because he placed a Bart-tracker into the wig. Willie realizes that he has been defeated and he will quit as long as he retains his new coat, but it turns out that someone has stolen it.
The police thank Bartman and Homer for the job and give Homer a piece of Willie's chest hair as a replacement for his lost hair. Bartman laughs at Homer's new hairstyle, which angers him. In the forest, Bigfoot is wearing a coat and tells his wife that he found it, and she asks him to find one for her. Bigfoot asks what is for dinner, but his wife walks away and asks him to do it himself.
