The Springfield Axe Games is an axe-throwing competition in Springfield.
History[edit]
Homer took part in The Springfield Axe Games when he was cheating at sporting events. Before Homer could throw his axe, Lisa confronted him over cheating in her application to the University of Springfield Summer Camp. She then revealed to the other competitors that Homer was using a giant magnet to attract the axe to the target. This angered the other competitors who all chased after the Simpson family.
