The Rise and Fall of Krustyland, Part Three is a Krusty Comics story first printed in Krusty Comics #3. It is the final part in The Rise and Fall of Krustyland series.
Synopsis[edit]
- As Krusty is about to be killed by the Springfield Mafia at Krustyland, Bart comes to his rescue. While the pair flee from the mob, the Junior Campers get trapped in a ride with patients from an insane asylum and Rabbi Krustofsky rushes to the park to save his son.
Plot[edit]
At the Desperately Hungry Baby Goats Petting Zoo in Krustyland, Fat Tony and his associates have Krusty at gunpoint. Bart, who is wearing a pork chop costume, comes flying over the fence, causing wool from the goats to go flying. Fat Tony, who hates lint, begins shooting wildly while Krusty and Bart escape on goats in the confusion. Meanwhile, strong winds start to hit the park. As the mafia chase after Krusty and Bart, they go through the Runaway Donkey Ride, causing the donkeys to stampede. Meanwhile, Ned and the Junior Campers are getting ice cream. However, the strong winds blow Ned's ice cream into the face of an insane asylum patient. The patients chase after the Junior Campers, who escape into It's a Tiny Yet Annoying World. Homer gets caught in the rush and gets dragged into the ride with them.
At the ranch, a dust cloud has kicked up, enveloping everything in darkness. The strong winds also block the entrance to It's a Tiny Yet Annoying World, trapping everyone inside. When the winds die down briefly, the mafia thinks they have found Krusty, but it's just a pork chop-shaped coffin instead. Krusty and Bart hide in tumbleweeds and escape from the mafia, with the mob chasing after the pair. Meanwhile, Rabbi Krustofsky turns on the news to see the trouble that Krustyland is going through and decides to help his son.
While the mafia chase Krusty and Bart over Cowboy Krusty's Dead Mule Mountain, the top of the Leaning Tower of Krusty breaks off, and all the guests inside tumble out. Krusty and Bart reach the carousel, where Fat Tony catches up with the clown. However, Lionel Hutz falls onto the carousel, hitting the lever that controls the speed. The carousel speeds up while Lisa crawls underneath it to unplug the ride. The carousel stops, flinging everybody on it around. Krusty and Bart land next to a pie-throwing machine, and Fat Tony approaches them, ready to finally kill them. In It's a Tiny Yet Annoying World, Leon Kompowsky tries to find a peaceful solution to the feud between the insane patients and the Junior Campers. However, both sides choose violence. The ride then breaks open, and the water flows out, freeing everyone.
On the outskirts of Krustyland, Rabbi Krustofsky arrives and jumps the fence to save his son. He finds Fat Tony tying Krusty and Bart to the tracks of Grampa Krusty's Ol' Fashioned Extra-Slow Smoke-Belchin' Steam-Engine Ride and tells the mafia to untie them. The Rabbi throws his hat at the mafia, but they shoot it away from him, and it embeds itself in the side of the train, which is being driven by Marge and Maggie. Marge grabs the hat and throws it at Fat Tony, knocking him unconscious. Marge and Maggie pull the brakes and stop the train before it gets to Krusty and Bart.
The Springfield Police Department arrive and arrest the mafia members while Krusty thanks his father for saving him. As everybody watches the reunion, the scene changes to the distant future, where the people of the future tell the story of everything that happened at Krustyland to the campers on the land.
