Fat Tony comes along and drives away with his car, he leaves a sun lounger as the car park attendant, with a note that said at no one should stand there. Bart has become tired and sits on the chair, but he is quickly taken by Fat Tony, who has seen what he did and gives him a warning. Bart continues to guard the parking lot for Moe, while Barney continuing plowing and he makes a wall in the parking lot that Bart starts to shovel away, until it becomes clear a truck is tipping a pile of snow in the parking lot. Bart discovers that now the space in front of the parking lot is vacant and free of snow, so he watches it instead. After a time, Bart must go away and pee and makes a snowman to guard. When Bart is in the rest room, Mr. Burns parks his car there. Bart then moves the no parking sign across the street in front of Mr. Burns' car, and Burns' car is carried away when Moe returns.
