Plot

The Simpsons take a trip to the Holy Land with a church group. While there they met an angry but funny tour guide, who tries to get Marge to give him perfect scores on her comment card.[1]

  • The set air date is Palm Sunday. Executive Producer Al Jean said "so it’ll be a show that all faiths can come together and be offended by"[1]

  • The title is a reference to the film of 1965, "The Greatest Story Ever Told", directed by George Stevens.
